If you follow me on LinkedIn you’ve probably seen my Monday posts. I do this to remind myself and YOU that it’s never too late to start new, start over, or start again. The day of the week you start doesn’t matter, just be consistent. I chose to ground myself on Mondays. Let’s get into today’s message.
Sometimes the best way to START is by letting go. You can’t move forward if your hands are still holding on to what’s holding you back.
Here’s what to do:
✔️ Identify one thought, fear, or habit that no longer serves you.
✔️ Release it — and replace it with a belief or habit that supports your growth.
Letting go creates space for a new START. Now that you have space let’s create a few goals.
Take 5 minutes right now and write your goals for today, then the week. Look at these goals every day this week and check them off as you complete them. There’s something so satisfying about marking through something on a list.
